A new 3rd story office block extension for Etlin Cold Storage was specified by the architects Patterson and Associates.
The mandate was given for a light weight construction method to minimize the load on the existing foundations. SFD was successful in the tender process and supplied the light weight steel structure and all other materials required to complete the project.
Absolute precision was required to ensure that the new front façade window piers matched and aligned the window piers on the existing façade below. SFD supported the specialized contractor with technical and quality controls. The project was a great success resulting in another satisfied client.
